Cancellation Policy

🎟️ Open Play Booking Policy 📅 Reservations & Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments are non-refundable but you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you may reschedule once to another open session (with 24+ hours’ notice). No-shows or same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of payment. 🔄 Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a $25 fee. ⏰ Session Time: Sessions start promptly. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing. Late arrivals may lose play time but will still be charged in full. ⚠️ Age & Waiver Requirements: All players must be 13+ years old. A signed waiver is required for all participants before entering the battlefield.
